Please note that all registrations for Ecole Chocolat programs
are made payable to Wilmor Publishing Corporation. Ecole Chocolat
is owned by Wilmor Publishing Corporation, a company operating
successfully for over 25 years.
Important Note for Yahoo, AOL or Hotmail users:
With spam emails being such a problem, a lot of internet providers
such as Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail have resorted to spam blocking systems.
Sometimes these can block legitimate emails as well. You
should receive a confirmation directly from Ecole Chocolat within
three days after you submit your application.
If you don't receive notification - check your
"Spam" or "Junk" email folders to see if our
confirmation message was put there by your provider instead of
in your Inbox. If you can't find our message, contact us - but
make sure to set your Spam Filter to "allow mail from all
senders" or from these particular emails: info@ecolechocolat.com, tutor@ecolechocolat.com,
instructor@ecolechocolat.com and registration@ecolechocolat.com

OVERVIEW
How would you like to pay for your registration? You
have three options:
OPTION 1 - Pay by Credit Card:
We use a very secure bank sponsored international e-commerce
system to accept and validate all Credit Card payments.
We do not see or store your credit card information. The
payment form and transaction is safely handled by the
bank's secure credit card transaction system which is
why you will notice that the payment form resides on another
site. At Ecole Chocolat, we respect your privacy and are
very diligent about security.
US and International Students can continue with the credit
card VISA and MC payment process in US funds by clicking the following button. If you prefer AMEX see Option 2 below.
Canadian Students can continue with the credit card payment
process (including VISA, MC and AMEX) in Canadian funds (5% GST included)
by clicking the following button:
Once you have paid, we will be notified of your payment
automatically and you will be forwarded to a confirmation
page. If you are not automatically forwarded to the confirmation
page after filling in your credit card information, please

OPTION 3 - EARLY Payment by cashiers cheque or money order:
INPORTANT NOTE: payment using a cashiers cheque or money order will only be accepted if received in our office two weeks prior to the registration deadline. Those payments received after that date will be credited to the next program session.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel from an Ecole Chocolat program up to 3 days before the start of the program. A refund of your registration fee minus a 10% administration fee may take approximately 10 working days to process. Because our programs are usually full and in order to make sure all students are committed, on the start date of your program your registration fee becomes non-refundable and non-transferable to another session (except in extraordinary circumstances). |
